Thoai's commitment to community service is evident through her role as a trustee for the Vietnamese Family Partnership, where she enriches the community by promoting Vietnamese culture and supporting various charitable causes. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Thoai received the President's Gold Volunteer Service Award from the White House in 2022.
