Dr. Linh Nguyen is an Associate Professor in Biomaterials at UCL Eastman Dental Institute and Founder of SmileScaff Ltd, a UCL spinout developing scaffold-based technologies for dental tissue regeneration. Her research spans biodegradable materials, smart drug delivery, and stem cell expansion.

She holds a PhD in Biomaterials and has developed patented, commercially licensed technologies. A recipient of Innovate UK, EPSRC, and global funding, she has authored 50+ peer-reviewed papers.

Named a 2024 TechWomen100 Award winner, Dr. Nguyen is also a dedicated mentor, offering PhD supervision in biomaterials and regenerative medicine at UCL.
