James Young is a global business executive with extensive leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia, and Australasia.

He has held senior roles with IHG and WMC Group, excelling in team building, growth, and complex project management. Having worked in nine countries, he brings a strong international and cross-cultural perspective. he advises businesses and lectures at universities in Vietnam, the UK, and Thailand.

James holds an MBA with Distinction and a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Tourism, and is a fellow of the UK Institute of Hospitality.
